Int CH Merganser's Pearly Gates

Int CH Merganser’s Pearly Gates has been spayed and is enjoying her retirement in South Dakota. Pearl loves going on long walks, pheasant hunting, and playing with her owner’s grandchildren.

Int CH Merganser's Pearly Gates is a third generation of my breeding program. Pearl has an Int CH (International Champion) show title. Pearl's pedigree is ¾ show and ¼ field. Pearl is an extremely athletic dog with a stocky conformation, pleasing head, and otter tail. Pearl is affectionate towards people and other dogs. Pearl spent a season pheasant hunting with Jim Nehl in South Dakota where she retrieved over 200 pheasants. Pearl is a littermate sister to Merganser's Aliho Ridge Runner MH.

Pearl's sire is CH Aliho's Igloo Iggy UDX, MH. (Pearl is a result of a frozen semen breeding as Iggy died several years ago.) Iggy attained American Show, Utility Dog Excellent, and Master Hunter titles. It is extremely rare for a Labrador Retriever to have the versatility to achieve top titles in the show ring, obedience ring, and in hunt test competitions.
